Basic Introduction:
1. How to Use the Spring Impact Hammer: Fix the sample according to the relevant standard requirements, select the impact energy and test position, pull the operating handle of the impactor until a "click" sound is heard, and the impactor is then in the ready state. Align the impactor perpendicularly to the sample surface and in contact with it, push the impactor to release it, and conduct the impact test on the sample.
Precautions for the Spring Impact Hammer
1. When not in use, the device should be in the released state.
2. The device has been calibrated; adjustments may severely affect its accuracy, and disassembling the product is considered a waiver of the three guarantees service.
3. After spring replacement or adjustment, the device must be calibrated by a metrology department before use.
4. This device is a precision instrument and should be handled with care to prevent dropping.
5. Storage conditions: In a box with desiccant at a temperature of 5~35℃.
6. During testing, prevent the hammer rod from bouncing off the sample, causing multiple impacts.
